Miley Cyrus had lunch with her friends at Panera Bread in Studio City, California on November 18, 2010.
Miley will reach another milestone in her life with a rumored “hang out” day with family and friends for her 18th birthday on November 23.
Cyrus will also be taking part in The American Music Awards over the weekend just days before her birthday. Her parents are currently going through a separation.
