Red-headed Rihanna leaves her hotel and heads to Emilio's Ballato restaurant in Manhattan. Later in the day, Rihanna returned to the East Side Ink Tattoo salon where she reportedly had an inscription tattooed on the left side of her neck which her current beau, Matt Kemp, had helped her chose. Rihanna was carrying a Vlieger & Vandam bag with a hand gun shape emblazoned on the base of the bag.
